How to cancel a server subscription?
Cancellation should always be made by client! The process itself is really easy and shown on our FAQ - https://help.wisehosting.com/en/articles/28-how-to-cancel-your-service
Then will they receive all the information (emails) and learn how to do it for the next time. This is very important!
How does client know that they have an active Cancellation Request?
Client sees the following when they have requested cancellation:

The first Creeper package has an active cancellation request - it displays "Expires: date" and button "Cancel Cancellation" as the button.
The Slime package below does not have cancellation requested.
How does admin know that client has an active Cancellation Request?
Admins can see active cancellation request on the Products page of the client:

There first thing you can see is "Cancellation Request Notice". If requested, the reason is displayed there. This will stay on the top even after the server has been cancelled. The same goes with the "Auto-Termination End of Cycle" tick. Reason in that box = cancellation request reason.
How to manually remove Cancellation Request from clients service?
If possible, please ask client to remove the cancellation themselves from the same Orders page they requested it from. If not possible, simply untick the box and hit "Save":
