Following service statuses can be found from WHMCS Product/Service page.
Pending - Invoice has been generated, service has not yet been paid for.
Sometimes it has been paid for, but the data has not been accepted by our billing system (mostly Stripe issue, very rare occasions for PayPal).
Active - Server is running as it should.
If chosen payment method is Stripe - it will charge the card on next due date automatically.
NB! If the server is deleted from the Game Panel, but service is still Active - it's a bug. How to identify? Server deleted/no connection to Game Panel = [Go to Service] button missing from WHMCS. Usually there's also a Termination date then. If you find such issue, let Mark know.
Completed - not using on WiseHosting.
Suspended - Invoice is unpaid/fraudulent use of the server/dispute has been opened. You'll find the exact reason of suspension next to the service status dropdown list.
Server files are still on the node and you (admin) can access everything on Game Panel. Client is not able to access any of their files or control panel before they pay the overdue invoice.
Terminated - Server has been closed down, files are deleted due unpaid invoice. Or manually closed down by an admin.
No files are on the Game Panel anymore. You should check whether we have anything on our Backups server - Game Panel Backups
Cancelled - Cancellation Request closed down the server on Due Date or client didn't end up paying for the order at all.
This status will automatically be equipped for servers that reach the Due Date and have an Active Cancellation Request. Server data will be deleted, Cancelled status added.
Fraud - Mark has noticed a potential fraudulent order and switched the status to it.
